Thank you for offering your time and talents to Tampa Catholic High School. Before volunteering on campus or at a school-sponsored activity, parents and guardians must submit both a completed Diocese of Saint Petersburg Personal Profile Form for fingerprint processing and a current VIRTUS training certificate.
Please complete the information below using your youngest student currently enrolled at Tampa Catholic. If you have more than one student on campus, enter the name and graduation year of your youngest student.
Both documents are required before this form can be submitted.
